This study proposes an Integrated Time System to address the growing disconnect between industrial timekeeping and natural cosmic rhythms. It integrates astronomical movements, biological clocks, and Islamic teachings to achieve “Zero Intercalation.” Using a theoretical model-design approach, the study develops a dynamic solar–lunar Hijri calendar, an intelligent local timekeeping system, and a digital application platform. The proposed model aims to improve public health, environmental sustainability, social cohesion, and civilizational identity, establishing a framework for a more balanced and sustainable relationship between humanity and the cosmos.
