Contributions Acknowledgment Policy

Contributions Acknowledgment Policy

The Journal of Sustainable Research in Applied Sciences is committed to ensuring transparency and accuracy in reporting scientific contributions by fairly recognizing all individuals who have substantially contributed to the research, in accordance with principles of academic integrity and publication ethics as established by COPE.

1. Recognized Authors:
Each author must meet the following criteria:

  • Make a substantial contribution to the conception, design, data collection, analysis, or interpretation of the research.

  • Participate in drafting the manuscript or critically revising it for important intellectual content.

  • Approve the final version of the manuscript for submission.

  • Take responsibility for the content of the work and ensure its accuracy.

2. Non-Author Contributors:
Individuals or organizations that provided technical support, language editing, assistance in data collection, or financial support, but do not meet authorship criteria, may be acknowledged in the Acknowledgements section, specifying the nature of their contribution, and only with their written consent.

3. Author Order:
The order of authors should reflect the magnitude and type of their contributions. Authors are responsible for agreeing on this order prior to submission.

4. Changes to Authorship after Submission:
Adding, removing, or reordering authors after submission is not permitted unless requested in writing by all authors with a clear explanation. Such requests are subject to editorial approval.

5. Author Role Declaration:
At submission, the journal requires authors to specify the role of each contributor to clarify responsibilities (e.g., study design, data analysis, drafting the manuscript, supervision, etc.).
